Distilled in the heart of the Black Dirt region of New York, each batch has been crafted from distinct grain ratios, aged in new charred oak, and then hand-selected when its unique flavor is ready.

While each batch is unique, all are aged for a minimum of 2 years innew charred American Oak,Char level 3.Distilled from: over 50%Black Dirt grown corn,the rest Malted Barley andCrystal malted Rye.
